INGREDIENTS

– Dry Rub Recipe – 1 tbsp Kosher Salt – 1 tbsp Fresh Cracked Pepper – 1 tbsp Garlic Powder – 1 tbsp Onion Powder – 1 tsp Ground Cumin – 1 tsp Spanish Paprika – ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper – Baby Back Rib Recipe – 2 Slabs Baby Back Ribs – 1 Large Onion – ¼ Cup Olive or Avocado Oil – ½ Cup Chicken, Beef or Pork Stock

STEP 1

Prepare vegetables. Layer the sliced onions on the bottom of greased dish and add in the stock. Set aside.

STEP 2

Season the rib. Slice the rib rack in half. Coat all surfaces with the spice rub.

STEP 3

Sear the ribs. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat and add the oil. When the pan is nice and hot, begin searing the ribs, meat side down.

STEP 4

Bake the ribs. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 2 hours. The ribs are done when internal temperature reach 200 degrees.
