Simple Braised Carrots

This Simple Braised Carrots recipe is gluten free, low carb, vegetarian, and makes flavorful carrots in one pan!

INGREDIENTS

Carrots Butter Olive oil Thyme Salt Ground black pepper Beef stock

STEP 1

In a large pan, saute the carrots with the butter and oil over high heat, stirring occasionally.

STEP 2

Turn off the heat when the carrots browned a bit and allow to cool in room temperature for 1-2 minutes.

STEP 3

Add beef stock and continue cooking over medium heat until the cooked carrots are tender.
