This Cheesy Loaded Cauliflower Bake is low carb, keto, gluten free, and absolutely delicious! It's made with fresh head cauliflower instead of frozen cauliflower.
Cauliflower Olive oil Fat sour cream Heavy cream, or cream cheese Sharp cheddar cheese Grated parmesan cheese Bacon Garlic Green onions Black pepper
Season the cauliflower florets with salt, pepper, and oil.
Roast the cauliflower florets in the oven over medium heat for a few minutes.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl.
Add the roasted cauliflower with the cheese mixture.
Add in a 13- inch baking dish and layer with cheese.
Bake in the oven for a few minutes and top with some fresh chives. Enjoy!
