This flavorful recipe is different from other pan seared fish recipes. I use fresh cod fish than frozen cod and it has no flour!
Cod Fillets Butter Olive oil Garlic Fresh herbs Lemon wedges Salt Ground black pepper
Pat dry the cod fish with paper towels and cook in butter over medium heat.
Flip the cod fish.
Add garlic to the pan searing cod.
Remove the pan fried cod when it starts to flake. Squeeze some lemon juice to add flavor.
