Shallots Capers Fresh parsley Fresh chives Extra virgin olive oil Fresh lemon juice Finely chopped lemon Garlic Red chili flakes Black pepper
Chop the fresh herbs.
Chop the capers.
Chop the shallots.
Cut out the lemon.
Add the lemon juice, olive oil, and seasonings. Store in an airtight container.
