Leftover pulled pork Chicken broth Olive oil Carrots Onions Celery Zucchini

Diced tomatoes Kale
Sweat the vegetables in medium-high heat. Add in salt.
Add the zucchini, tomatoes, cooked pulled pork, and chicken stock.
Bring the soup to a boil before reducing the heat. Add in kale once the heat is turned off. Serve hot!
