I recreated this Florentine Steak recipe, or Bistecca Alla Fiorentina, to be low-carb, keto-friendly, and gluten-free. It contains less than 1.5 grams of net carbs, making it a delightful option for a satisfying meal!

– Ribeye steaks – Arugula – Parmesan cheese – Black pepper – Kosher salt – Lemon vinaigrette

TOTAL time: 10 min

Add the steaks to a preheated grill and rotate 90 degrees after 2 minutes. Flip to the other side and rotate again. Cook for about 8 minutes for "rare plus".

Place the steak on a bed of arugula and spoon vinaigrette onto the steak. Sprinkle some grated parmesan cheese and enjoy!
