Squeeze the lemon to extract the juice, removing any seeds.
Add fresh ginger slices, rosemary leaves, and monk fruit sweetener to a glass.
Muddle the ginger and rosemary with the sweetener until well mashed.
Pour the freshly squeezed lemon juice into a blender cup.
Add additional monk fruit sweetener to the lemon juice in the blender.
Blend the lemon juice and sweetener until the sweetener is fully dissolved.
Pour the blended lemon mixture into a glass pitcher.
Add cold water to the pitcher with the lemon mixture.
Stir the ginger lemonade thoroughly to combine all ingredients.
