Greek Salad Ingredients – 4 medium-sized tomatoes – 2 Anaheim peppers, or green bell peppers – 1 medium-sized cucumber – ½ medium-sized red onion – ½ cup Kalamata olives – Marinated Feta – Greek Salad Dressing

Step 1

Mix the olive oil, Herbs de Provence, minced garlic, lemon zest, red chili flakes and pepper in a bowl.

Step 2

Pour the marinade over the feta. Allow to marinate at room temperature for about one hour.

Step 3

Combine juicy tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, red onion, Anaheim peppers, and Kalamata olives in a large serving bowl.

Step 4

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to ensure everything is evenly coated.

Step 5

Gently mix the salad components together.

Step 6

Just before serving, gently fold in the marinated feta, carefully not to break the cheese cubes.
