Step 1

Find the best artichokes with nice purple and green color. Pick ones that don't have bug holes.

Step 2

Wash the artichokes and cut them in half. Scrape out the choke from each half of the artichoke.

Step 3

Place the artichokes face up on the foil. Drizzle the olive oil and vinegar right down the leaves and into the cavity.

Step 4

Make sure that the foil packet is completely sealed so the liquid doesn't burn off.

Step 5

Once the artichokes are tender, place them directly on the grill. Grill the artichokes on each side to bring out their natural sweetness.
