Cook the seasoned chicken wings on the grill for 5 minutes. Flip for even cooking.
Add all the ingredients of the lemon garlic wing sauce into a bowl and mix well.
Pour the lemon garlic sauce into the grilled chicken wings. Mix well until all the wings are coated.
