This grilled kabobs recipe is low carb, keto, gluten free, and dairy free. If you're not a fan of pork, this kabob recipe will work perfectly with chicken or steak.

Marinade Orange Wine vinegar Olive oil Garlic powder Onion powder Chili powder Oregano Cumin Salt & pepper Cinnamon Cayenne

Pork kabobs Boneless pork loin or ribs Onion Red or green bell peppers Zucchini
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a flat bottom dish to fit all the cut pork.
Add in the pork and coat well with the marinade. Set aside to set the flavors. If you're making grilled pork tenderloin, the kabobs will be hard and dry.
While marinating, chop the onion, bell pepper, and zucchini. Turn your grill on high heat.
Using metal or bamboo skewers, thread the vegetables and meat in alternating pattern. Thread the extra veggies in separate skewers.
Grill the kebabs for 2-3 minutes per side. Rotate the skewers using tongs for even cooking. If you're using wooden skewers, cover them in aluminum foil.
