Bacon strips Green cabbage Beef stock Salt Apple, peeled Apple cide vinegar

Sautee onions, shallots, and garlic until caramelized.
Add in the shredded cabbage and sautee for a few minutes.
Add in the broth and set the skillet over medium high heat until liquid cooks off and sauteed cabbage turns brown.
