Ingredients

  • 2 12 OZ Cans Tuna solid white Albacore in water
  • 3-4 Celery Stalks diced (approx 1.5 cups)
  • Cup Shallot small dice (approx 1 medium shallot)
  • 1 ¼ Cup Olive Oil Mayo
  • 1 tablespoon Celery Seed
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Drain the tuna and add to a large bowl.
  • Add all remaining ingredients to the bowl & mix well.
  • Taste, adjust seasonings and taste again.
  • Serve cold and happy eating!

Notes

I like to put my canned tuna in the refrigerator the day before I’m ready to use it. I love tuna salad that is really cold. Give it a try next time you make it!
