Ingredients
212 OZ CansTunasolid white Albacore in water
3-4Celery Stalksdiced (approx 1.5 cups)
⅓CupShallotsmall dice (approx 1 medium shallot)
1 ¼CupOlive Oil Mayo
1tablespoonCelery Seed
2tablespoonFresh Lemon Juice
1teaspoonSalt
Instructions
Drain the tuna and add to a large bowl.
Add all remaining ingredients to the bowl & mix well.
Taste, adjust seasonings and taste again.
Serve cold and happy eating!
Notes
I like to put my canned tuna in the refrigerator the day before I’m ready to use it. I love tuna salad that is really cold. Give it a try next time you make it!
