A super easy guacamole recipe with balanced flavors.

  • 2 Ripe Avocados cut in half lengthwise and the pit removed.
  • 2-3 cloves Roasted Garlic
  • ½ Lime juiced (if the lime is not really juicy, add the whole thing)
  • ½ Shallot minced fine
  • ½ Cup chopped tomatoes I like the baby sweets
  • 2 TBSP Chopped Cilantro
  • TSP to ¼ Cayenne
  • A pinch or two of salt to taste
  • 4-5 Grinds of Fresh Cracked Pepper


  • Get out a bowl.
  • Scoop out the avocado with a spoon and then mash with a fork.
  • Add in the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Taste.
  • Adjust seasonings.
  • Taste again.
  • And again.
  • Enjoy.
