Easy Sautéed Mushrooms Recipe

Sauteed mushrooms have a ton of essential vitamins and minerals from potassium to selenium and zinc. Add them to so many different dishes- the possibilities are limitless.

Ingredients

  • 2 10 OZ Baby Bella Mushrooms rinsed and sliced or quartered
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • ¼ teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • Parsley chopped fine

Instructions

  • Heat a cast iron or other heavy bottom pan over medium high heat.
  • Add the butter and olive oil.
  • When the fat is hot, add in the mushrooms.
  • Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add the salt and turn the heat to high.
  • Cook until the liquid that forms in the pan has evaporated and the mushrooms begin to brown.
  • At the last minute, add in the parsley. Stir to combine.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
