Follow these simple steps to make the perfect Fluffy Strawberry Shortcake Recipe!
Add all the wet ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk together.
Combine all the dry ingredients in a separate bowl and make sure there are no lumps.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix them using a fork.
Fill the greased muffin tins with the batter, about 3/4 full.
As the shortcakes are baking, mix the whipped cream ingredients in a chilled bowl. Mix it until stiff peaks form.
