Follow these simple steps to make the perfect Fluffy Strawberry Shortcake Recipe!

Step 1

Add all the wet ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk together.

Step 2

Combine all the dry ingredients in a separate bowl and make sure there are no lumps.

Step 3

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix them using a fork.

Step 4

Fill the greased muffin tins with the batter, about 3/4 full.

Step 5

As the shortcakes are baking, mix the whipped cream ingredients in a chilled bowl. Mix it until stiff peaks form.

Step 6

Remove the shortcakes from the oven and let it cool completely.

Step 7

Slice the shortcake in half and add a layer of whipped cream.

Step 8

Add a layer of strawberry and more whipped cream.

Step 9

Place the top back on the shortcake and add a dollop of whipped cream on top. Garnish with strawberry and serve!
