Crispy Grilled Asparagus

This Crispy Grilled Asparagus is cooked in 8 easy steps. It's one of my best no fuss, low carb recipes!

INGREDIENTS

Thick asparagus spears  Extra virgin olive oil  Kosher salt  Balsamic vinegar  Freshly ground black pepper  Parmesan cheese

STEP 1

Line up the asparagus on a cutting board.

STEP 2

Cut off the woody ends of the asparagus spears.

STEP 3

Lay the asparagus spears in a foil and add the seasonings, except the grated parmesan cheese.

STEP 4

Wrap the foil around the asparagus.

STEP 5

Wrap the asparagus completely by rolling up the edges.

STEP 6

Place the spears perpendicular to the grill grates. Cook asparagus under high heat.

STEP 7

Open the foil to check if the roasted asparagus are tender.

STEP 8

If they look good, grill asparagus for 2 minutes on each side.
