This homemade peanut butter cups are low carb. I substituted milk chocolate with dark chocolate for a guilt-free dessert!

Dark chocolate Natural peanut butter, or almond butter, or cashew butter Sea salt

STEP 1

Melt chocolate. Spread the melted chocolate up the side of the mini muffin cups.

STEP 2

Add the creamy peanut butter filling!

STEP 3

Fill the cups with the melted chocolate to cover the peanut butter mixture.

STEP 4

Chill in the freezer for a few minutes. Remove the cups and enjoy!
