Flat iron steak Olive oil Butter Rosemary Shallot Garlic
5 minutes
20 minutes
Season your flat iron steak with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Lay the meat on the cast iron pan and cook steak over medium heat with butter and rosemary.
Place the pan in the oven.
Remove from the oven and set on stove. Set the cooked steak on a cutting board. Enjoy!
