Step 1

Season the pork chops. Marinade the pork chops with salt and pepper for 1 day. Keep it in the fridge 1 hour before cooking.

Step 2

Prepare griller and peaches. Split the peaches in half and remove the pit while the grill is heating.

Step 3

Grill the peaches. Season the peaches with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill for 10 minutes until cooked through.

Step 4

Grill the pork chops. Remove the peaches from the grill and cook the pork chops for 2 minutes before rotating 90 degrees.

Step 5

Add brie and serve. Add thin slices of brie to the pork chops while they finish cooking. Remove and smother with peaches. Serve with a side of Dijon mustard.
