- 1 Cup Extra Light Olive Oil
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Clove Raw Garlic
- 3 tablespoon Chipotle Tabasco Sauce
Combine all the ingredients in the beaker for an immersion blender.
Blend until thick and creamy.
Taste. Adjust seasonings (add salt or pepper if you would like). Serve immediately or chill before serving.
Not a fan of Chipotle Tabasco Sauce? That's ok. You can use the juice from a can of Chipotles in Adobo sauce.
Want to control the heat? Add in less Chipotle Sauce and continue to blend while tasting and adding more.
You may also use other hot sauces in the place of chipotle. This aioli recipe is delicious with Cholula brand hot sauce too!
