Avocado Lime Crema Ingredient List
- 2 ripe avocados peeled and pits removed
- 4 cloves roasted garlic
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup water adjust for desired consistency
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Preparation Steps

Wash, peel, and pit the avocados.
Combine the avocados, sour cream, cilantro, roasted garlic, lime juice, kosher salt, and black pepper in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
