Tuna Salad Ingredient List
- 2 cans tuna in water drained, 12 ounces each
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ cup Kalamata olives chopped
- ¾ cup stalks celery diced (about 2-3 stalks)
- ¼ cup scallion sliced thin
- 2 tablespoon flat leaf fresh parsley minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup feta crumbles
- ¾ cup seedless cucumber diced
- ½ teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
Preparation Methods
Gather all the tools and ingredients for this recipe.
Chop olives.
Dice celery and seedless cucumber.
Mince shallots and flat leaf parsley.
Rinse capers.
Cooking Instructions
Take out a large bowl. Add in the tuna and roughly break apart.
Add in the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Serve in a lettuce wrap, over a salad, on some cucumbers or in a delicious wrap with some fresh pea sprouts.
