- 1 cup coconut cream
- ½ cup frozen blueberries (wild is preferred)
- ½ cup ice cubes
- 3 tablespoons hemp protein powder
- 1 teaspoon MCT oil
- ½ teaspoon monk fruit sweetener
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch kosher salt
Gather the ingredients and tools.
Measure all the ingredients and add to the blender.
Blend on high, pulsing to break up the ice until smooth.
Pour into a glass or travel container
Enjoy immediately.
