Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries (wild is preferred)
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 3 tablespoons hemp protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon MCT oil
  • ½ teaspoon monk fruit sweetener
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch kosher salt

Instructions

  • Gather the ingredients and tools.
  • Measure all the ingredients and add to the blender.
  • Blend on high, pulsing to break up the ice until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass or travel container
  • Enjoy immediately.
