Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets and then cut into quarters lengthwise, approximately 5 cups
  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Fresh cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Gather the tools and ingredients.
  • Preheat the oven to 475°F (250°C).
  • Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place in the oven while it is preheating.
