Rice crackers offer small amounts of essential nutrients like iron or B vitamins, often less than 5% of your daily needs per serving. The story is quite similar in rice cakes.
While they are gluten-free snack options, their carb content can quickly add up and throw you off your keto diet. Just because something is gluten free doesn't make it low carb.
