Creamy Lemon Artichoke Chicken

In this Lemon Artichoke Recipe, I use bone in and skin on chicken breasts instead of boneless  skinless chicken breasts.

Chicken breasts Butter   Olive oil   Onion   Garlic   Cooking sherry  Lemon zest   Lemon juice

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1

Heat the butter and oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken until brown and remove from the pan.

STEP 2

Cook the onion and garlic. Once cooked, add the sherry, lemon zest and juice, and cream.

STEP 3

Layer the artichokes hearts over the chicken and pour the cream. Bake in the oven. Enjoy!
