Fresh or frozen blueberries Lemon juice Lemon zest Low carb sweetener Salt

12 minutes
Add the fresh blueberries or frozen berries and sugar together.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Mash the blueberries to become blueberry sauce.
Once thick, let it cool and enjoy with pancakes, yogurt, or ice cream!
