This Chicken Saltimbocca is low carb, gluten free, and simply delicious!
Spinach stuffing Chicken breast Mozzarella Prosciutto Salt Ground black pepper Olive oil Unsalted butter
Saute the shallots, garlic and baby spinach. Press out the liquid when cooked.
Brown the seasoned chicken breasts in a saute pan.
Place the sliced mozzarella on the chicken breasts.
Lay the prosciutto on top of the cheese and bake for a few minutes.
