Whole chicken Onion Carrots Thyme Olive oil
Season the chicken with salt and pepper and roast chicken in a pan over high heat.
Remove the chicken and put in a lined baking sheet.
Add water to the pan and deglaze.
Add the vegetables together in a bowl and pour the glaze.
Line in a single layer into the baking sheet. Cook in the oven for a few minutes. Enjoy!
