Cajun shrimps Bacon fat Onion Celery Green bell peppers Tomatoes Cajun seasoning Chicken stock White wine Cream

Saute the onions, celery, and green peppers in a skillet over medium heat.
Add canned or stewed tomatoes.
Add the stock, wine, and cream.
Season the deveined shrimps with salt and pepper.
Cook until the shrimp curl and change color.
Add the shrimp creole over creamy polenta. Enjoy!
