In a bowl, combine all the chipotle chicken seasoning. If you want your chipotle chicken spicy, add more cayenne pepper or chili powder.
Preheat the oven to 400F while coating the chicken with the dry rub.
Coat the chicken with the lime juice. Sprinkle all of the rub onto the chicken.
Bake the chicken for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken reached 165F.
