Grilled Lamb Chops Ingredient List
- 10 lamb chops
- 2 tablespoons herbs de Provence
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
Preheat your grill on high heat.
Season the lamb chops with half of the kosher salt, fresh cracked pepper, and herbs de Provence evenly on both sides.
Place the seasoned lamb chops on the preheated grill and close the lid.
Cook for approximately 2 minutes, flip, and cook for another 2 minutes.
Repeat this process twice or until the meat reaches your preferred level of doneness.
Remove the lamb chops from the grill, cover with foil, and let them rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
