Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat your grill on high heat.
  • Season the lamb chops with half of the kosher salt, fresh cracked pepper, and herbs de Provence evenly on both sides.
  • Place the seasoned lamb chops on the preheated grill and close the lid.
  • Cook for approximately 2 minutes, flip, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Repeat this process twice or until the meat reaches your preferred level of doneness.
