  • With this simple ingredients list you can make the perfect mayonnaise at home!
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup extra light olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Combine all the ingredients in the cup provided with your immersion blender.
  • Blend the mixture well for about a minute or until it becomes thick and creamy. Remove from the blender and enjoy.
