What I love most about these low-carb cheese chips recipes is that they are ready in less than 30 minutes and require minimal ingredients. Plus, it is easily customizable with various ingredient alternatives. Stick with me to learn how to make keto cheese crisps!

Ingredients

Keto Cheese Chips Ingredient List

  • ½ pound of shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup bacon cooked and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne powder

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Gather the ingredients and tools for the recipe.
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) on convect or 425°F (218°C) without convection.
  • Chop the cooked bacon.
  • Line several baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Arrange the chips on the prepared baking sheet. This recipe makes at least 32 cheese crisps, and I can fit about 8 per sheet.
  • Scoop out 1 tablespoon of cheddar per chip, leaving enough room for them to melt and spread.
  • Top with your seasonings of choice.

Cooking Instructions

  • Place one baking sheet at a time on a rack just above the middle of the oven.
  • They only take about 5 minutes, so halfway through the cooking time, rotate the baking sheet to ensure even browning.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from the parchment paper. This time allows the cheese crisps to firm up.
  • Repeat this process until all of the shredded cheese is finished.
