  • Gather the tools. Cut the pepperoni into thick slices.
  • Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Lay the pepperoni on the parchment paper in a single layer.
  • Place the colander over a bowl.
  • Line a plate with paper towels.

Cooking Steps

  • Cook the pepperoni for 5 minutes, then rotate the pan to ensure even cooking. Cook for another 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Remove from the oven.
