- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup almond flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted (equivalent to 4 ounces)
- 1/2 cup monk fruit sweetener
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Preparation Steps
Gather all the ingredients and tools for the recipe.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9x9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
Whisk together the melted butter and cocoa powder in a bowl until smooth.
Stir in the monk fruit sweetener, vanilla extract, and kosher salt until well combined.
Beat the eggs into the mix.
Add in the almond flour and baking powder. Be careful not to overmix, but combine well.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Optionally, sprinkle Maldon Sea Salt over the top of the batter for extra flavor.
Cooking Instructions
Place the baking dish with the brownie butter in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean with a few moist crumbs.
Remove the brownies from the oven and let them cool in the pan before cutting and serving.
