If you don't have any roasted garlic, don't worry! You can easily chop 4 fresh garlic cloves and add them to a separate pan with 2 TBSP olive oil and a pinch of salt. Heat them over medium-high heat, stirring, until golden brown. It takes between six to eight minutes, but will be a great substitute!
