Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk full fat and unsweetened
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flakes unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon allulose
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 pinch kosher salt

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender or Nutribullet. Cover with the lid and pulse several times to break up the larger pieces.
  • Blend continuously for about 1 minute, or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
