- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk full fat and unsweetened
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 tablespoons coconut flakes unsweetened
- 1 tablespoon allulose
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 pinch kosher salt
Add all of the ingredients to a blender or Nutribullet. Cover with the lid and pulse several times to break up the larger pieces.
Blend continuously for about 1 minute, or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
