Ingredients

  • 1 cup coffee freshly brewed and hot
  • 1 tablespoon butter grass-fed or organic
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil
  • 1 pinch kosher salt

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Brew 8 ounce of your favorite black coffee. You can use the Bulletproof brand of coffee or whatever you regularly drink. I do not use instant coffee as I have no idea what is in it.
  • Add the coffee, butter, MCT oil and salt to the carafe of a blender. I use a Nutribullet because it is simple, easy to clean and doesn’t splash everywhere. If you are using a regular blender, be sure to cover the top with a dish towel as the steam released from the blending process will expand and come out of the top of the blender.
  • Blend for 20-30 seconds or until really frothy and smooth.
  • Pour into your favorite coffee cup and enjoy.
