Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of rosé wine
  • 1 bottle champagne cava, or other sparkling wine
  • 10 strawberries sliced
  • 2.5 cups of lemonade
  • ½ lemon sliced

Instructions

  • Gather all the tools and ingredients.
  • Wash the strawberries and the lemon thoroughly, then slice them.
  • Add the strawberries and lemon to a glass pitcher or jar large enough to hold all the liquid.
  • Add the rosé wine and the lemonade.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for the best flavor.
  • Pour into champagne flutes, filling halfway, then top each flute with champagne or cava.
  • Add a fresh sliced strawberry and fresh mint to garnish if you like.

Notes

If you're not into champagne or don't want to spend the money, look for alternatives such as cava or prosecco. Just make sure that they are Brut rather than demi-sec.
Don't want more alcohol in your drink than just the rosé? No problem. Add in some sparkling water for an infused Rosé Spritzer. It's delicious.
