Living The Low Carb Lifestyle

I needed to make a change in my life. A BIG change. For 30 years I have bordered between  overweight and obese.

Low energy. Low self-esteem. Depression. Anger. Fear. Confusion as to how to change. This is what I felt every single day.

On August 27, 2017 I made the decision to transition to a COMPLETELY Low Carb way of eating... In ten months, I dropped from a pant size of 46" (and 335lbs) to a 36" waist and 200lbs.

My energy has skyrocketed. I feel incredible and I attribute so much of it to the low carb way of eating.

Low Carb Weight Loss

My first 150 days eating Low Carb and exercising. After 2 years it still feels great!

Sharing my new Low Carb recipes

While on this journey, I have been writing and testing new low carb and keto friendly recipes. I have hundreds of LCHF and KETO recipes ready to post.

Now that I am a complete believer in the low carb way of eating, I'm ready to start sharing all of these unique recipes with you every week.
