Low Carb Weight LossLiving Low Carb

I needed to make a change in my life. A BIG change. For 30 years I have been overweight, low on energy and not sure how to change. Six months ago, I decided to go COMPLETELY Low Carb... living off my own low carb recipes to see how my life would be impacted. In six months, I've dropped from a pant size of 46" (and 326lbs) to a 36" waist and much lighter. My energy has skyrocketed. I feel incredible and I attribute so much of it to the low carb way of eating.

Sharing my new Low Carb recipes

For the last six months, I have been writing and testing new low carb and keto friendly recipes. I have hundreds of LCHF and KETO recipes ready to post. Before I posted them, I wanted to make sure that this way of eating not only helped me CONTROL MY WEIGHT, but would be completely SUSTAINABLE and DELICIOUS. Now that I am a complete believer in this way of eating, I'm ready to start sharing all of these unique recipes with you every week.

And there's more!

On my journey, I've met a lot of really cool people who have helped me to achieve some truly incredible results. I have articles coming from many different people relating to living the low carb lifestyle, the nutritional benefits of LCHF and some fantastic pointers on going into full ketosis. If this is a way of life that you would like to follow, please be sure to sign up for our bi-weekly newsletter.
