I'm just a regular guy in a lifelong battle with body size, body image issues and crazy eating habits.

I struggle daily to keep the cravings at bay. I struggle daily to feel normal with this way of eating. I struggle daily to stay on course... and depending on the day, I taste sweet success or bitter failure.

You need to know that I am a passionate believer in the low-carb way of eating. I've felt the energy it brings my body and seen first-hand how it transformed me.

My goal is to share my journey, recipes and restarting low-carb to help others who are also struggling. We're stronger together.

The STruggle is REAl

Over the last year, I've fallen off the low carb way of eating and I know I'm not the only one. I've gained back over 50lbs and have tried desperately to kick-start myself back into ketosis... but it hasn't worked so far.

MY ORIGINAL 130LB Weight Loss Journey

I needed to make a change in my life. A BIG change. For 30 years I have bordered between overweight and obese.
Between the second and third months, I could feel my energy changing from negative to positive. I could see massive changes to my body too.
By Day 150, I felt unstoppable! What a massive change from the low energy, depressed, lethargic man that started this journey on Day 1.

Living the Low Carb Lifestyle

On August 27, 2017, I made the decision to transition to a COMPLETELY Low Carb way of eating... In ten months, I dropped from a pant size of 46" (and 355lbs) to a 36" waist and lost 135lbs. A completely unexpected outcome.

My energy skyrocketed. I felt incredible, and I attribute so much of it to the low-carb way of eating.

Sharing my low carb recipes

While on this journey for the last five years, I've been writing and testing some easy low carb recipes mostly designed for families. I have hundreds of low carb recipes ready to post!

Now that I am a complete believer in the low carb way of eating, I'm ready to start sharing all of these unique recipes with you every week.
